This Baked Kielbasa Pierogi Casserole is a hearty, comforting dish featuring tender pierogies, savory kielbasa, creamy cheese sauce, and a golden, bubbly topping. Perfect for family dinners or weeknight comfort food.

14 ounces sliced kielbasa, 1/4-inch thick

32 ounces frozen pierogies

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

2. Place sliced kielbasa and frozen pierogies in the prepared dish.

3. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

4. Add chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix until well combined.

5. Pour sauce over pierogies and kielbasa, coating evenly.

6. Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

7. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.

8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

9. Let cool a few minutes, then garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be paired with a green salad, roasted vegetables, or warm rolls.

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
