A rich and creamy Slow Cooker Crack Chicken packed with ranch seasoning, bacon, cheddar cheese, and tender shredded chicken.
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 oz packet ranch seasoning mix
16 oz cream cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
3. Place cream cheese on top of the chicken.
4. Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.
5. Shred chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
6. Stir cream cheese into the shredded chicken.
7. Add cooked bacon and mix well.
8. Spread mixture evenly in the slow cooker.
9. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
10. Cover and cook for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
11. Serve over rice and top with green onions.
Chicken breasts may be used instead of thighs.
You can add more chicken without adjusting other ingredients.
For extra spice, use spicy ranch or add a jalapeño.
