Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites are made with tender beef stew meat, baby Yukon gold potatoes, and rich garlic butter. A comforting, filling dinner cooked low and slow with minimal prep.

2 pounds beef stew meat

1 1/2 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons seasoned salt

1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped

5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads

Instructions

1. Place beef stew meat on one side of the slow cooker and potatoes on the other.

2. Season evenly with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.

3. Gently toss the beef to coat with seasoning, keeping it mostly separate from the potatoes.

4. Sprinkle chopped garlic evenly over the top.

5. Place butter pads over the beef and potatoes.

6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, until beef is tender and cooked through.

7. Spoon the buttery sauce from the bottom of the slow cooker over the top before serving.

Notes

For faster cooking, use cubed sirloin steak and cook on high for 4 hours.
